Cafe COMSA will hold the "Shikoku Uwajima Tangerine Fair" from March 15 (Wed) to April 4 (Tue). Blood Orange Cake" from YAMAUCHI FARM in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture and "Kiyomi Orange Shortcake" from corleo farm in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture will be on sale.

Shikoku Uwajima Mikan Fair

Ehime Prefecture is famous for its tangerine kingdom. In Ehime Prefecture, the cultivation of oranges began in Yoshida-cho, Uwajima City. Yoshida-cho has a mild climate throughout the year with little rainfall during the harvest season, mineral-rich soil, steep slopes, and faces the sea, all of which are suitable conditions for citrus cultivation. The citrus fruits grown with love and care at the farm in Yoshida-machi are used to create a beautiful cake unique to Cafe COMSA.

Blood orange and fromage blanc are a perfect match in this cake. Blood oranges, which have a deep sweetness and are full of juice, are used in abundance, cut into large pieces, and decorated. Priced at 1,000 yen per piece (tax included).
