KALDI Moheji "All-purpose Tare - Japanese leek and ginger

I tried Moheji's "All-purpose Tare: Domestic Negi and Ginger" (398 yen including tax) sold at KALDI! This all-purpose sauce is filled with leeks and ginger, and goes well with both meat and fish.


All-purpose sauce with Japanese leeks and ginger" is made by adding plenty of Japanese leeks and ginger. In addition to leeks, onions (domestic), sesame oil, and chicken consommé are also added.


Stir well with a spoon, then scoop and pour over your favorite dish. In this case, I tried it over pork shabu-shabu.



Powerful, eye-opening flavors! Yum! The sweetness of the juicy pork belly fat is complemented by the spiciness of the ginger in the all-purpose sauce, which gives the dish a crispy aftertaste. The ginger is a strong flavor, as well as the punch of the green onion and sesame oil. It is coarsely chopped so it has a crunchy texture.
