The texture of mochi mochi becomes a habit! Introducing the frozen bread "Pon de Cajo" found at a commercial supermarket.

What is Pon de Cajo?

Pon de quejo, a commercial supermarket, is a frozen food imported from Brazil. It is a product of "PifPaf", a manufacturer specializing in Pondequejo, and contains 400g (14.11oz) (15 to 16 pieces) in one bag. The price is 248 yen (excluding tax).

When eating, bake in a toaster. First, lay out the aluminum foil, arrange the number you want to eat, and then cover it with aluminum foil for 10 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for another 5 minutes to complete.

A bite is mochi mochi! Rather than bread, it has a chewy texture similar to rice cakes and Japanese sweets "Gyuhi", and the more you chew, the more the flavor of cheese spreads.

Isn't anything too bread-like? When I checked the main ingredients, it was "tapioca starch". No flour was used. Certainly, the chewy texture may be similar to tapioca.

Although the size of one piece is small, it is packed tightly and has a satisfying taste. If you like chewy, give it a try!
