Ministop "Ham & Egg Man"
For those who are concerned about sugar!

Five types of "sugar-controlled bread" will be on sale from January 10th at each Ministop store.

This is bread made from wheat bran with whole grain flour and wheat germ. The amount of sugar is reduced to 25g (0.88oz) (about half a bowl of rice) or less.

The lineup is as follows.

・ Blank croissant 108 yen (tax included, same below)

Croissant using "wheat bran" with wheat germ. Compared to wheat flour, it has less sugar and contains more dietary fiber. The sugar mass per piece is 12.7g (0.25oz).

・ Brand Danish plain 148 yen

Danish pastry using "wheat bran" with wheat germ. The sugar mass per piece is 18.3g (0.11oz).

・ Ham & egg bun 128 yen

A fluffy Chinese bun dough wrapped in sliced ham and egg filling and steamed in a square shape. The sugar mass per piece is 21.8g (0.28oz).

・ Gouda cheese cream bun 2 pieces 108 yen

Gouda cheese cream wrapped in soybean flour dough, topped with grated cheese and baked. The sugar mass per piece is 13.2 g.

Bologna sausage and egg filling wrapped in whole grain dough, topped with shredded cheese and baked. The sugar mass per piece is 23.3g (0.11oz).
