[Tasting] 7-ELEVEN limited Haagen-Dazs "Japone Kinako Tiramisu" is a Japanese quartet! Black honey sorbet x mascarpone ice cream is just right

A new Haagen-Dazs product is available exclusively at 7-ELEVEN. "Japone Kinako Tiramisu" is on sale from July 14th. The price is 334 yen (excluding tax).

What is Haagen-Dazs Japone?

The "Japone" series is a product jointly developed by Haagen-Dazs Japan and 7-ELEVEN. A limited-edition ice cream dessert that can only be purchased at 7-ELEVEN, with a focus on "authentic Japanese taste".

Japone Kinako Tiramisu

"Japone Kinako Tiramisu" released this time is an ice cream that expresses the taste of "Japanese tiramisu" using the popular Japanese ingredients "kinako" and "black honey". Black honey sorbet and mascarpone ice cream are layered on the ice cream.

In addition, a total of 4 layers of kinako sponge soaked with espresso syrup are laid on the bottom and lightly roasted kinako is sprinkled on the top. It is a luxurious tailoring like a fresh cake.

Mascarpone ice cream that is richer and cleaner than milk ice cream. A richly sweet but smooth black honey sorbet, entwined with flavorful sardines, and spreads a mellow and neat Japanese taste.

The kinako sponge is accented with the firm sweetness and bitterness of espresso syrup. There is also a response to eating, and the ice cream part is a little light and makes up for the unsatisfactory part.

A summer-friendly flavor that is lightly finished with Japanese materials while imagining tiramisu. You can't taste the exquisite balance anywhere else, so it's a little expensive, but if you like Japanese sweets, you should definitely try it!
