Calpis refreshing lassi

A simple "Lassi" recipe using Calpis. It has a mellow taste. Just mix Calpis, milk and lemon juice.

Material ( For 1 person )
Calpis 1 tablespoon
milk 150ml (5.07us fl oz)
lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Indian classic drink "Lassi" style recipe made with Calpis. No yogurt required, just mix. The mellow taste makes it a perfect companion to curry.

2 tbsp calpis
Milk 150ml (5.07us fl oz)
1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to make

Put milk and lemon juice in a glass and stir well with a spoon.



Add Calpis and mix the whole well.


Add ice to your liking and you're done.


What is its taste?

It has a mellow and rich body, but it has a refreshing taste with a sharp acidity. I feel nostalgic for the sweet and sour taste of Calpis.
