"Yazawa Meat Dumplings" is a dumpling packed with domestic pork carefully selected by Yazawa Meat. The bean paste, which is well seasoned without using chemical seasonings, is mixed with gravy and fat, and the vegetables are fluffy.


The set includes 2 servings of dumplings (10 pieces), special ginger chili oil, and powder for feathers. What to prepare is a frying pan (Teflon-processed, fluorine-processed frying pan. 24 cm size is recommended), frying pan lid, spatula, and salad oil. Dissolve the attached feather powder in 80 ml of water in advance.

How to make

1. Add oil (1 tbsp) to a frying pan without lighting and arrange the frozen dumplings in a circle.


2. Sprinkle the powder for the feathers that has been prepared in advance and is dissolved in water. Cover and ignite and steam over medium heat for 7 minutes.


3. Open the lid and evaporate any remaining water. When the water is gone, add finishing oil (1/2 tablespoon)
