"Macaron Phrase" and "Biscuit Troyes" for White Day will be on sale from February 15th at Shiseido Parlor for a limited time and in limited quantities. Each is an assortment of macaroons made from Fukuoka Prefecture's "Amaou" strawberry puree and three popular biscuits.

The dough is made by adding sugar, almond poodle, and Fukuoka prefecture "Amaou" strawberry puree to the meringue, and the cream is sandwiched between the Amaou strawberry puree and the vanilla paste containing vanilla beans from Madagascar. The outside is crispy and the inside is moist. It features a sweet, gentle and mellow scent.
