Pistachio Chocolat Drink with Cherry

Blossoms This gorgeous drink expresses "budding spring. The drink is made with pistachios from Sicily, Italy, which are a perfect match for Lindt white chocolate, and a blend of Lindt white chocolate and pistachio paste.


Pistachio cream and cherry blossom sauce are combined for a spring-like color. The sweet and sour cherry blossom espuma gives off a soft scent of cherry blossoms, reminding us of the arrival of spring. Topped with white chocolate in the shape of cherry blossoms and chopped pistachios, you can also enjoy the texture.

Delice Pistachio & Sakura

Two colored shells with the image of pistachios and sakura, topped with pistachio paste from Sicily, Italy. The ganache is made with pistachio paste from Sicily, Italy, and the cherry compote is made with a strawberry base and gently fragrant with the aroma of cherry blossoms. The contrast between the two colors, elaborately created by artisans, makes for a beautiful macaron.
