Supervised by "Kanazawa Rich Chinese Soba Shinsen" is a famous tonkotsu ramen shop that opened in 2003 on the restaurant street of "Kanazawa Central Wholesale Market". However, the new menu has been developed separately in Shinsen and reproduces the rich miso ramen that has appeared at ramen events nationwide.

It features a rich and fragrant miso soup with a garlic flavor that makes it addictive. The toppings are juicy char siu, seasoned egg, menma and green onion. Also this time, you can order additional "Chasashi", which has a delicious entanglement of soup and vinegared rice.
