's Okinawa-Kyushu Festival "Kappa's Okinawa-Kyushu Festival" will be held at Kappa Sushi restaurants from June 21 to July 11. The festival will feature nigiri (rice balls) developed in the image of "island sushi," which has its roots in Hachijojima Island and is said to have spread across the sea to other parts of Japan, Okinawa's local dish "rafte," cod roe from "Hakata Kanafuku," a long-standing restaurant in Fukuoka, Kyushu, "bonito" from Kagoshima Prefecture, and "Kanpachi Sushi using specialties from Okinawa and Kyushu, such as "bonito" and "kanpachi" from Kagoshima, will be available from 110 yen per plate (tax included, same as below).

In addition, a total of 20 items will be available at Kappa Sushi, including "Okinawa Soba Ramen", "Fried horse mackerel from Nagasaki Prefecture", and "Sarter andagi", a good-luck confectionery from Okinawa.
