"Glass & Sorbet" is an ice cream that combines carefully extracted tea with Hokkaido milk and fresh cream. This time, I bought 5 flavors at the Lupicia Jiyugaoka store (you can check the stores that handle them from the official website).

If you want to express the characteristics of ice cream in one word, "incense". The aroma peculiar to roasted tea is insisted on, and the rich aroma goes through the nose. There are plenty of chocolate chips in the ice cream. You can enjoy the crispy texture when chewed, and the gradation of roasted tea → chocolate taste when melted loosely on the tongue.

Lupicia's "Glass & Sorbet" where you can enjoy the world of tea with ice cream. All flavors are of high quality that makes you groan as "a specialty store for tea ...". It's not cheap at 450 yen each, but I still wanted to buy it again.
