I'm happy.

This time, I made tea with Hibiscus tea (450 yen, tax included, same below) and shared jelly (400 yen). The bright red hibiscus tea has a simple appearance with a lot of ice and topped with lemon and mint. By the way, instead of using the flower hibiscus that is often seen in tropical countries, he uses an edible variety called "Roselle" to make tea from the "gaku" part that wraps the seeds after the flowers are finished. The red liquid color comes out naturally.

Contains rosehip, mint and Sri Lankan black tea to adjust the taste. In the mouth, it is a lightly sweetened iced herbal tea with a modest acidity. The body tired from the heat outside feels soothing and comfortable. The flavor of mint is also good, and you will sweat naturally while drinking.
Pomelo jelly contains the flesh of pomelo in a transparent jelly. The jelly is firm and firm, with a refreshing sweetness, and the faint acidity of pomelo and the refreshing scent of citrus go well together, making it perfect as an iced tea tea contractor.
