The "Midsummer Parfait Fair" will be held in two parts from July 1st to August 31st at the Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe. In addition to the standard strawberry and chocolate, three types of parfaits using seasonal fruits will be prepared for each period, for a total of six types.

The first is from July 1st to 31st. "Wakayama Prefecture White Peach Parfait" (1,950 yen) using Wakayama Prefecture's representative brand peach "Arakawa no Momo", "Okinawa Prefecture Ripe Apple Mango Parfait" (2,450 yen) with hibiscus jelly and guava sauce Three types of "Gifu Prefecture Blueberry Parfait" (1,830 yen) decorated with large blueberries will be offered.

The second is from August 1st to 31st. "Hokkaido two-color melon parfait" (1,830 yen) that combines vanilla ice cream and champagne jelly, "Okinawa prefecture ripe keets mango parfait" (2,450 yen) that uses rare keets mango luxuriously, green tea ice cream and strawberries Three types of "domestic yellow peach oriental parfait" (1,950 yen) with sauces will be offered.
