TOKYO Tulip Rose
TOKYO Tulip Rose opened a permanent store in the Seibu Ikebukuro flagship store in March 2019. In July of the same year, the Tokyo Station store (inside the Yaesu Central Exit ticket gate) opened.
The concept of TOKYO Tulip Rose is "Enjoy lovely tulips and roses with authentic taste! " is the concept behind this new brand by young chef Rihito Kanai, who honed his skills in Paris. Starting with his masterpiece "Tulip Rose," lovely sweets such as chocolates and cakes with rose and tulip motifs are on sale.
Tulip Rose
The flower-shaped "Tulip Rose" is a confectionary with a small pie and a melted whipped chocolate rose blooming inside a tulip of langue d'ocha cookie work. Prices start at 756 yen (tax included) for a package of 4.
The set of four includes two berries, one passion mango and one caramel nut.

The chocolate-colored Caramel Nut is a savory combination of deep caramel latte and charcoal chocolat. The mildness of the caramel latte and the bittersweet flavor of the charcoal chocolat combine to create a slightly mature flavor.
