Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory will release "Milk Cheese Boussé", a limited edition product for Haneda Airport. The product will go on sale on July 1, 2012, and will come in packages of four, priced at 1,296 yen (tax included).

Milk Cheese Boussé

The bouche dough made from Hokkaido wheat is sandwiched between two layers of cheese cream made with Camembert cheese. The soft and savory texture of the bouche and the creamy and rich taste of the Camembert cheese can be enjoyed. The package is designed to resemble an airport with airplane motifs, and is a limited edition product available only at the four Tokyo Milk & Cheese Factory stores in Haneda Airport. It is a perfect souvenir to take back home or for sightseeing, as well as a perfect summer snack.

The stores selling the product are as follows

Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Special Confectionery Hall, in front of Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Pier 16 Gate, in front of Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Tokyo Shokuhinkan Clock Tower 3, and in front of Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Pier 63 Gate.

The Milk Cheese Busse, a Camembert cheese bouche, is only available at Haneda Airport. If you are interested, check it out as soon as possible.
