TOKYO Tulip Rose is a sweets brand that opened its Seibu Ikebukuro store and JR Tokyo station store in 2019. It was created by chef Rihito Kanai, who honed his skills in Paris, and the concept is "Enjoy cute tulips and roses with authentic taste!".

The signature product, Tulip Rose, is a baked confectionery that contains a melty whipped chocolate that reproduces the rose in a delicate langue de chat cookie that reproduces the tulip. The price is 756 yen for 4 pieces to 3,240 yen for 18 pieces. All are packed with 3 flavors of berry, passion mango and caramel nuts.


In addition to tulip roses, the baked sweets "Rose Garden" with a rose motif (starting at 1,296 yen for 8 pieces) and the chocolate tart "Chocolat Rosie" (1,188 yen for 5 pieces) made like a flower bed in full bloom of roses. Etc. are being developed. Fresh cakes are also available at the Seibu Ikebukuro store.
