Speaking of DALLOYO, it is known that macaroons are cute, but recently, the macaroon specialty store "DALLOYAU LES MACARONS" opened in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, sells fresh confectionery macaroons. I bought some and tried them.

Dalloyau Macaron is a small shop in the basement of Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro. But the showcase is lined with colorful macaroons.
Raw macaroons have the same shape as ordinary macaroons, but they are refrigerated with cream. The design is also devised and has a lot of individuality. Seven kinds of raw macaroons were on sale, but I couldn't eat them so I was at a loss and decided to buy only three.
After asking the shop staff about the recommended flavors of the season, I chose "Melting Amaou Strawberry", "Apple Pie Style Macaron" and the shocking "Addictive WASABI". The price is 324 yen (tax included) per piece.

The filling seemed to concentrate the flavor of the fruit, and to put it a little strangely, it seemed more like a strawberry than a raw strawberry. It makes me feel like I'm eating a strawberry cake for a moment, but the crispy texture of the dough reminds me of macaroons.
