Western-style warabimochi wrapped in whipped cream. A combination of plump and melty warabimochi and rich vanilla whipped cream with vanilla beans.


・ Kiln-grilled raw custard pudding 192 yen
A pudding with a "raw raw texture" that has been slowly steamed. The bittersweet caramel sauce enhances the rich taste of the special eggs.


・ Zaku! Creme brulee 140 yen
A sweet bread that combines a rich custard cream with a crispy Danish pastry. The surface of the bread dough is caramelized and has a crispy and fragrant finish.
