We would like to introduce a recipe that allows you to consume a lot of lemon juice in a tasty way. It is "salted lemon nabe"! You will not be able to stop eating it.

Ingredients

The standard quantity is for 2 to 3 servings.

Water 400ml (13.53us fl oz)
Lemon juice 40ml (1.35us fl oz)
Salt 1 tsp
Grated ginger 1 tsp
Chicken broth 1 tbsp
Ingredients of your choice such as Chinese cabbage, potherb mustard, green onion, chicken, enoki mushrooms, etc. As desired

Some vegetables you add will produce a lot of water, so please adjust the amount of lemon juice and chicken broth to your taste.

Directions

Put water, lemon juice, salt, grated ginger, and chicken broth stock all in a pot and bring to a boil.
