From the fresh cheese brand "Boursin", a new regular flavor "Boursin Onion & Chives" will be released on November 12th exclusively at KALDI Coffee Farm.
This is fresh cheese with the mellow sweetness of white onion and the rich aroma of chives (Western Asatsuki). You can enjoy a mellow taste that is a bit different from conventional cheese, along with the chewy texture unique to Boursin.
It is recommended not only to combine it with a bucket or cracker, but also with smoked salmon or egg dishes. It seems to go well with white wine and sparkling.
