The original fresh cheese uses only fresh, high-quality raw milk from cows raised by drinking the water that springs from the Hidaka Mountains at a designated ranch in Nakasatsunai Village, Hokkaido. It is made in the cheese factory adjacent to the ranch the same day it is milked.
