KALDI Coffee Farm will release three types of Parmigiano Reggiano, the king of Italian cheeses recommended for holiday dining, and two types of Balsamic Vinegar, an official online store exclusive product with a rich aroma and rich flavor.

Parmigiano-Reggiano

Parmigiano-Reggiano is produced in a limited area in northern Italy, and only those that have passed strict screening standards are allowed to call themselves Parmigiano-Reggiano. It is also called "the king of Italian cheeses." It is a high-quality cheese with deep flavor and richness, carefully aged by skilled artisans using traditional production methods and meticulous techniques.

Cantarelli Parmigiano-Reggiano (aged 24 months)
This cheese has an extraordinary aroma, a firm flavor due to its long aging, and a crisp texture. The price is 961 yen (tax included, same as below).

Cantarelli Parmigiano-Reggiano (36 months aged)
The crystals have the crunchy texture of long-aged cheese, and the corners have been removed, giving it a more mature flavor. The price is 1,369 yen.

Cantarelli Parmigiano-Reggiano (Vaccarellosse)
Made from the milk of rare red cows, which are raised in much smaller numbers than Holsteins and produce very little milk, this product has a deep, rich, and powerful flavor. The price is 1,369 yen.

Balsamic Vinegar

: DeNigris Balsamic Vinegar Traditionale is a special balsamic vinegar with a mellow aroma and rich flavor produced by long-term aging using only grape juice and the skills of skilled craftspeople.

The grape must, which reduces by 10% per year during the aging process in wooden barrels, is transferred repeatedly to smaller barrels by skilled artisans, who change the type of wood used to produce a genuine balsamic vinegar with a unique aromatic flavor.

Denigris Balsamic Vinegar Tradicionale 25 years
Aged in oak barrels for 25 years, this 100% grape must balsamic vinegar has a strong richness and a concentrated sweetness that envelops the acidity. Enjoy it as is as a sauce, drizzled over meat and fish dishes. Price: 17,280 yen.
