Ramen that does not require hot water and can be heated in the microwave! Tonkotsu, soy sauce, and miso from Lawson

Lawson's "Tonkotsu Ramen"

"Tonkotsu Ramen," "Shoyu Ramen," and "Miso Ramen" are on sale from Lawson's "Ippai Ippai" series of hot noodles that are heated in the microwave.

The noodles have been reviewed for the blending ratio of wheat flour, etc., and it is said that the noodles do not spread easily over time and have a chewy texture like boiled noodles.

Tonkotsu ramen is made by adding pork plain hot water to pork bone soup, and is characterized by its rich and creamy soup. Char siu, wood ear, bean sprouts, and green onions are served on the thin noodles that have been aged in two stages.

The soy sauce ramen is characterized by the rich flavor of chicken and the soup with the flavor of soy sauce such as raw soy sauce and tamari soy sauce. The elastic medium-thin straight noodles that have been aged in two stages are served with chewy char siu, menma, and green onions.

Soy-sauce Ramen

Miso ramen is a blend of several types of miso, and is characterized by a soup filled with the flavor and richness of miso. The medium-thick small noodles that have been aged in two stages are served with minced meat, vegetables, cabbage, corn, and green onions.
