A bar-type ice cream that combines caramel ice cream with a rich and sticky texture and nuts with a grainy texture. It is made using the technology of the "as if" series, which is like frozen raw fruit.
It is based on charred caramel sauce and has a texture like raw caramel. The ice cream is luxuriously made with plenty of almonds and hazelnuts (nut content 10%).
