This is a Japanese-style ice cream made by making use of the corn ice cream manufacturing know-how cultivated in "European sugar cones". The deliciousness of "Ogura toast", which is familiar in coffee shops in Nagoya, is expressed.
A combination of mellow vanilla ice cream, flavorful bean paste made from 100% Hokkaido azuki beans, and sugar corn with a crispy texture. The inside of the waffle sugar cone is coated with butter-flavored chocolate.
