Mother's Day special menu "Strawberry Pancake" will be released on April 20th, exclusively at the restaurant "Sarabeth's" Shinagawa, which originated in New York. The price is 1,600 yen (excluding tax). The sale period is until May 13th.
This is a pancake made in the image of a strawberry shortcake. If you add plenty of refreshing sour rhubarb jam and custard cream to a buttermilk pancake with a slight strawberry scent, you can enjoy "a taste like a strawberry shortcake". The topping is almond croquembouche with a crispy texture.
