A new menu for spring / summer 2018 has appeared in the yakitori chain "Torikizoku". From April 5th, 7 food items and 8 drink items will be added to the lineup at each store. All prices are 298 yen (excluding tax).
Here is the new food that is especially noteworthy!
・ Truffle-style grilled liver
Liver skewered with truffle oil. It seems that truffle oil and liver are compatible. It is a new work that has never been seen before.
・ Green onion miso chicken cutlet A crispy chicken cutlet with a special sauce using rich soybean miso and refreshing white onion.
・ Shijimi Ramen A perfect dish after liquor. Domestic clams are used.
・ Cassis sorbet In Europe, sherbet using cassis, a traditional liqueur material. The balance between refreshing acidity and sweetness seems to be exquisite.
