The chicken thigh meat is cut into a satisfying size and grilled over charcoal to lock in the flavor.

The charbroiled aroma and sweetened sauce will whet your appetite. The chicken dumpling soup, which contains two pieces of tsukune, is made from a combination of rich chicken soup stock and Nakau's signature broth. The charcoal-grilled chicken, the minced chicken, and the chicken dumpling soup allow you to enjoy the full flavor of the chicken.
