I found a cake brand of the popular French restaurant "Gaspard zinzin" and a "rich cheesecake" of the cheesecake specialty store "Frais Frais Bon!" At the event store, so I bought it. The price is 1,480 yen (tax included).
This is a cheesecake made with a two-layer structure of fluffy cream and cream cheese. It is handmade using eggs, milk, cream and special cheese, just like baking pudding.
