Project "Aunt Stella's Dream Cookie Project" will start on September 1, 2022. The project is to develop new cookies to be sold in the weigh-in sections under the theme of "Aunt Stella's dream cookies. A series of cookies with a different texture from the regular cookies and a series of cookies with the maximum amount of ingredients from the popular cookies are developed, each with a different theme and new taste.

The ninth series, "World Aunt Stella Series part 2," is part 2 of the World Aunt Stella Series, which arranged Taiwanese, French, and American sweets into cookies, which were popular last year. 3 types of cookies, apple pie, a typical American sweet, canele, a confection originating in France, and maple, a Canadian staple, are arranged into a new series. A custard-flavored cookie dough wrapped in a burnt caramel-flavored cookie dough, this cookie is a delicious interpretation of a canoule. The appearance also reproduces the characteristics of canele cookies by changing the cookie dough on the outside and inside. You can also enjoy two different textures: crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Maple Cookie
