Takakuracho Coffee's ricotta pancakes are made with flour, egg yolks, milk, and ricotta cheese, mixed with egg whites (meringue) and baked to perfection. In addition to the regular menu, the restaurant offers a seasonal menu, and the melon ricotta pancake is introduced as a summer dish. It is made with the freshest seasonal melon and is characterized by the rich aroma of melon cream.

The seasonal menu is available for order from 11:00 on business days until last order. The menu is available at all Takakuracho Coffee locations, but may differ at the Oimachi location.
