"Loin Mille-feuille Katsu" is a crispy deep-fried dish consisting of 10 layers of 1.5mm sliced pork loin. The mille-feuille loin cutlet, which had seven layers in the previous version, has been enhanced to ten layers this time. The pork loin's unique flavor and sweetness can be felt, and its juicy and tender texture can be enjoyed.


In addition to the "Miso loin mille-feuille cutlet set meal" topped with Hatcho-miso style miso sauce and the "Oroshi Ponzu loin mille-feuille cutlet set meal" lightly flavored with grated radish and ponzu, the restaurant also offers its signature crispy and juicy authentic fried chicken and assorted fried shrimp set meals.
