This popular KFC side dish consists of crispy chicken breast seasoned with garlic and soy sauce. The crispy batter, which is carefully deep-fried one by one at the restaurant, and the hearty boneless chicken that emerges from the inside are appealing.

Recipes for Kernel Crispy Arrangements

Here is a recipe for Nagoya's popular specialty "Ten-musu" style omusubi using "Kernel Crispy.

Ingredients (for 6 pieces)
3 pieces Kernel Crispy
1 cup gohan (rice)
A pinch of salt
Nori (dried seaweed) 1 sheet of nori

■ How to make
1: Cut each piece of Kernel Crispy in half.

2: Wet your hands with water, apply a pinch of salt to the palm of your hand, and place a half piece of rice and a half piece of Kernel Crispy on top to make a triangular omusubi.
If you use about 50g (1.76oz) of rice, you can make 6 pieces.

3: Cut a sheet of nori into 6 equal pieces and wrap it around the omusubi.
