Rummy Chocolate Cake" and "Bacchus Chocolate Cake," jointly developed in collaboration with Lotte, will be sold at fresh cake stores of Ginza Kozy Corner.

Rummy Chocolate Cake

The fresh cake expresses the appeal of Lotte's Rummy, an authentic Western-style liquor chocolate filled with luscious rum raisins and raw chocolate. The cake is made with the same rum raisins and rum as "Rummy" in pursuit of the "Rummy" character. The "milk chocolate ganache" mixed with rum and rum raisins and the "milk chocolate mousse" with a touch of rum are layered, and the top is finished with a cocoa glaze to resemble the color of "Rummy". The top surface is cocoa glazed to resemble the color of "rummy".

Priced at 518 yen (tax included), it will be on sale from November 8 to around December 21.

Bacchus Chocolate Cake

The charm of Lotte's authentic Bacchus chocolate, which is a mellow milk chocolate covered with mellow cognac, is expressed in a fresh cake. The cake is made with the same brandy as "Bacchus" (60% cognac) in pursuit of the "Bacchus" character. Brandy-infused "chocolate ganache", "milk chocolate mousse" and "brandy jelly" are sandwiched between cocoa sponge. The top is finished with brandy jelly, brandy jelly and brandy sauce to resemble "Bacchus". The alcohol content is 3.9% (calculated value).
