Osaka Ohsho, a gyoza specialty restaurant, will sell "Kofuku Zetsudemo Dereuma Ebi-meshi" for a limited time only. This is the second "National Treasure" dish that Osaka Ohsho is selling with the hope of "passing on the food to the future. The dish is an adaptation of Okayama Prefecture's famous "shrimp rice.

Zetto Dereuma Shrimp Meal"

"Kofuku Zetto Dereuma Shrimp Meal" will be available at the gyoza specialty restaurant "Osaka Ohsho" for a limited time starting December 8. This is the second in a series of "National Treasure Class Shrimp Meals" that Osaka Ohsho is selling with the hope of "passing on the food to the future. The dish is an arrangement of Okayama Prefecture's famous "Ebi-meshi" (shrimp rice).

Fried

rice flavored with aromatic spices (curry powder and bean-paste) and topped with a large prawn grilled to perfection and a half-boiled fried egg. The spicy and rich sauce is a mouthwatering combination of the Osaka Osho style "Ebi-meshi" (shrimp rice) and the original "Ebi-meshi" (shrimp rice).

The original shrimp rice is made with a broiled egg, but this dish is arranged so that it can be enjoyed with a fried egg. The fried egg can also be changed to a yam, which is called "Omu Ebi-meshi" (omelette shrimp rice).
