Miracle Mackerel is vinegared the same day it is landed. By shallow-finishing the mackerel, the meat remains clear and beautiful even though it is a vinegared mackerel, and the natural flavor of the mackerel can be tasted in the center. It is served at Kappa Sushi restaurants after careful preparation of cutting and decorative knives by hand.
