The limited Halloween edition "Sweet Halloween Parfait" will be served eat-in at 11 Ginza Cosy Corner stores with cafes and restaurants from September 26 to October 31.

Sweet Halloween Parfait

As we begin to feel the autumn season, many places around town are dressed up for Halloween. Against the backdrop of the recent increase in demand for Halloween sweets, the "Sweet Halloween Parfait" will be available at cafes and restaurants to get people in the Halloween spirit.

The parfait is made with a variety of Halloween specialties, including "Hokkaido pumpkin ice cream," dark purple sweet potato "Okinawa Chura Koi Beni Mont Blanc Cream," red "Haskap Sauce," and bat-shaped "Chocolate Brownie. Chocolate brownie" in the shape of a bat, etc. to express dark and horrifying colors. The rich sweetness of the Hokkaido pumpkin and the delicate flavor of the Okinawan purple sweet potato "Chura Koi Beni" are harmonized with the mildly bitter chocolate brownie. The slightly sweet and sour haskap sauce creates a refreshing aftertaste.
