The Maple Mania will sell Maple Chocolat Cookies. The 9-packs will be available at the Gransta Tokyo Gin-no-Rin Season Select event on September 12 for 1,053 yen (tax included).

Maple Chocolat Cookies

In celebration of The Maple Mania's 10th anniversary, a new version of the popular maple butter cookie is being created. The cookie is baked to a crispy, light texture with maple sugar and cocoa powder kneaded into it, and sandwiched between chocolate with the mild flavor of mascarpone cheese. To complement the maple flavor, two types of cocoa powder, one aromatic and the other bittersweet, are used. The harmony of the mellow maple aroma and the bittersweet chocolate flavor, created through repeated prototyping, makes this a confident creation worthy of celebrating the 10th anniversary of the company.
