Uchi Cafe Specialite Mellow Butter Sandwich Rum Raisin

A butter sandwich made with rum raisins and butter. Fermented butter is blended into the baked cookie to give it a rich flavor, and then soaked in a liquor syrup to give it a moist and fragrant finish. Butter cream with finely cut rum raisins kneaded into it is topped with a rum raisin foil and sandwiched between cookies. It is filled with the richness of butter and the mellow aroma of rum raisins. The price is 270 yen.

Andeiko Fluffy Butter Souffle 80g (2.82oz)

A two-layered sweet with a fluffy butters soufflé layered on top of the pudding. Price: 146 yen.

Tokushima Sangyo Mochi Cafe Milk Zenzai 120g (4.23oz)

This sweet treat consists of glutinous dumplings filled with azuki beans and layered with melted milk pudding. Price: 228 yen.

Maple-Scented Mixed Nuts 37g (1.31oz)

Crispy mixed nuts wrapped in maple syrup. Price: ¥208.

Rich matcha chocolate buns (using matcha from the sky)

This product is made from "Matcha in the Sky", a green tea grown in the mountains of Shizuoka Prefecture, which is characterized by its delicious taste and moderate bitterness. The rich matcha chocolate is wrapped in a chunky dough. The price is 160 yen.
