Desert Miltilles
Desert Mirtilles" will be available until mid-September. It is available only in iced form and is priced at 670 yen for the R size (tax included, same below).
The name means "blueberry dessert" in French, and the drink is said to be a dessert-like drink with blueberries as its main ingredient. It is made with blueberries from Nagano Prefecture, Japanese beeswax, and a non-alcoholic wine syrup that expresses the taste of Pinot Noir, combined with Ueshima Coffee Shop's "Milk Coffee" and topped with whipped cream, ricotta cheese, original blueberry syrup, blueberries, and pink pepper. The toppings are sweet, sour, salty, and sweet. The sweet, sour, salty, and bitter flavors are all said to be enjoyable.
Blueberry Granita
Blueberry Granita" will be available until mid-September. It is available only in ice cream, one size only, and retail price is 800 yen for size R.
This simple yet luxurious frozen drink is made with only Nagano blueberries, sugar syrup, ice, and water. No flavoring or additives are used to ensure that the blueberries are in season. It is considered a refreshing and healthy drink perfect for summer.
Coconut Milk Coffee
Coconut Milk Coffee will be available until mid-September and will be discontinued as soon as it is gone. Available only in iced form, the R size is priced at 600 yen and the L size at 720 yen.
This long-selling coffee has been available only in summer since 2011. The rich coconut milk is combined with Ueshima Coffee Shop's "Milk Coffee" to create a creamy, rich flavor. Coconut milk is attracting attention as a nutritious drink containing high lauric acid and minerals. Coconut powder is stretched with milk to create a rich flavor. The coconut topping is roasted in the store before the drink is served to enhance the savory aroma and provide a crunchy texture.
