Starbucks Tea & Cafe will release its second new summer product, Matcha & Crushed Almond Milk Tea Latte, on June 22.

The "Matcha & Crushed Almond Milk Tea Latte" is a tea latte with a new texture that allows you to enjoy the exquisite combination of the mellow aroma of matcha tea and fragrant almonds. The drink is made with a loose frozen base made by blending almond milk with skinned almonds, white mocha flavor syrup, and a small amount of ice, and topping it off with a shot of fresh, slightly sweetened matcha.

By pouring matcha over the top, the two layers slowly blend together, and as you drink the drink, you can enjoy the changing flavors of matcha and almonds, which are a perfect match. The crunchy texture of the crushed almonds and the frozen texture make it perfect for hot summer days.
