Matsunoya and Matsunoya will launch "Hire Hire Katsu" on June 15 at 3:00 pm. To celebrate the launch, a "Hire Hire Fair" will be held from June 22 at 3 p.m. to June 29 at 3 p.m., offering one more Hire Hire Katsu without changing the price.

Matsunoya "Hire Hire Katsu

In response to many people's requests, the "Hire Hire Katsu" is back. When it was last sold, some people said, "It is light and easy to eat because it has less fat. After repeated trial runs, the "fillet cutlet" has been revived with an updated, coin-cut, easy-to-eat shape. It is a dish that is thick, easy to eat, and juicy.


The "Hire Katsu-don" is a delicious trinity of filet mignon, egg, and special Japanese broth. The crispy batter is combined with the moistness of the fluffy egg topping, and the aroma of mitsuba (mitsuba leaves) is a perfect complement. The "Hirekatsu Curry," a mildly aromatic "Matsunoya Curry" topped with Hirekatsu, has also been added to the extensive lineup.


Prices, including tax, for both in-store and take-out are as follows. Miso soup for take-out can be purchased separately for 60 yen.

For a limited time only, the "Hire Hire Fair" allows customers to enjoy one more "Hire Hire Katsu" without changing the price. The regular 3-piece "Hire Hire Katsu" set meal is now 4 pieces, and the "Loose & Filet Cutlet 2-Piece Set Meal" is the same price as the "Loose & Filet Cutlet 1-Piece Set Meal".

The "Loose & Filet Cutlet Set Meal" will not be available during the fair period.
The "Hirekatsu Curry" will not be sold at the restaurant with Maikyari Shokudo.
