Heart Bread Antiques will start selling "Sweet Spring Donuts" and "Sakura Anpan" from February 15, 2012.

Sweet Spring Donut

The fluffy doughnuts are topped with strawberry chocolate and salted cherry blossoms to evoke the image of sweet spring. The result is a gorgeous, spring-like doughnut. The salted cherry blossoms add a nice accent to the gentle taste of the sweet chocolate and doughnut.

Sakura Anpan

Sakura-anpan is made by wrapping sakura-an (sweet bean paste) and rice cake in a fluffy white bread dough, baking it, and topping it with sakura flowers. The rich flavor of cherry blossoms spreads in your mouth, making this a limited-time product that you can enjoy with a sense of the season.


The combination of sakura bean paste and rice cake tastes as if you are eating sakura mochi. You can also enjoy the glutinous texture of the rice cake wrapped inside.
