Strawberries are not freeze-dried in granular form, but rather are made from fine powder. The smooth texture and taste is a pleasant mix of the tartness of the strawberries and the sweetness of the rich, milky, high-quality white chocolate from Belgium.

This flavor is completely different from Ken's Cafe Tokyo's standard product, CRIOLLO Raw Chocolate. It will be available in limited quantities. The price is 2,000 yen (tax included). Shelf life is 14 days if kept refrigerated. Available at Ken's Cafe Tokyo Kiyosumi-Shirakawa store, Ken's Cafe Tokyo Jiyugaoka store, and Ken's Cafe Tokyo Aoyama store.
