Moist, melt-in-your-mouth soufflé cheesecake is coated with whipped cream and topped with two kinds of sauces and decorated with strawberries, blueberries, oranges and grapefruit. The sweet and sour strawberry sauce and the sour orange sauce are a perfect match for the refreshing soufflé cheese, creating a single decorated cake with two different flavors. The price is 2,100 yen. Available from April 1 to June 30.

Fruit Pudding Cube Decoration

Not only does the decorated cake taste great, but the pudding, which children love, and the assorted fruits give it a voluminous and fun appearance. The moist sponge is sandwiched between strawberry cream, baked pudding made with Umitate eggs, and decorated with a variety of colorful fruits. The price is 1,800 yen.
