Hitsumabushi style

Easy to make. Simply transfer a bowl of unadon nigiri (a single bowl of eel rice) to a deep dish and pour the desired amount of kura dashi broth over the top! This alone completes the " Hitsumabushi style" menu. The eel becomes fluffy and tender, and the vinegared rice is also soft. The subtle taste of vinegar also adds a nice accent. This is an excellent technique for a quick and easy meal.

Beef Kalbi Noodle Kuppa

To make " Beef Kalbi Noodle Kuppa", two items are ordered: "Sesame-scented Tantalizing Noodles" and "Umadare Beef Kalbi". First, eat the "sesame-scented tantanmen" noodles, and then add the beef ribs to the remaining soup. The umadare sauce on the beef ribs and the flavor of the vinegared rice combined with the broth......, this was even better than I expected! The beef ribs do a great job~! I recommend it as a good way to finish the meal.
