Pound Cake Pistachio Cake aux Pistache" has the soft sweetness of cherry blossoms and the sourness of yuzu. The combination of the popular "Cherry Blossom Ecran" candy cake that appears at the "Dessert Cafe Chorakukan" in Kyoto in spring is made into a pound cake.

The cherry blossom petals are added to the batter, which is then lightly baked with yuzu peel confit, which has been boiled down with yuzu juice and sugar, and grated fragrant yuzu peel and juice.
