A menu commemorating the 20th anniversary of the appearance of the JR East IC ticket "Suica" on November 18, 2001. It is said that the soba noodles are topped with kakiage, which has the umami of squid and the sweetness of onions.

In addition, there are 4 types of seaweed (glue) designed by Suica's character "Suica's Penguin", and 2 of them are randomly included in the package.
