"Noel de Pierre 2021" is a rich chocolate mousse with Franboise added to the original Couverture, with vanilla brulee in it. The bitter chocolate bitterness and the sourness of Franboise are combined with the gentle sweetness of vanilla brulee, making it a light and smooth mouthfeel that you can enjoy a solid chocolate flavor. It is said to have been finished for a special day with a lustrous red glasage with a scent of Franboise.

The size is 12 cm in diameter and 4 cm in height (excluding decorative parts). Expiration date is 2 days including delivery date. Reservations are accepted at Pierre Marcolini's retail stores, excluding the official online shop and Gotemba store, and you can pick up your order at the store from December 15th to 25th. The selling price is 6,588 yen (tax included, same below).

Bush de Pierre 2021

"Bush de Pierre 2021" is a softly baked chocolate biscuit wrapped in a rich chocolate mousse with original couverture. The bitter chocolate bitterness and the sourness of Franboise are said to be a combination that Marcolini is good at. You can enjoy a solid chocolate flavor while having a light and smooth mouthfeel.

The size is 11 cm in length x 8.5 cm in width x 5.5 cm in height (excluding decorative parts). The frozen storage period is until December 31st. Put it in the refrigerator and thaw it in about 6 hours. Refrigerate after thawing, expiry date is 2 days including thawing date. Reservations are accepted at the official online shop and will be delivered from December 15th to 25th. Orders must be placed at least one week before the desired delivery date. In addition, the quantity is limited. The selling price is 5,940 yen. As this is a frozen delivery limited item, a separate shipping fee will be charged.
